Charcuterie changes your event from basic to beautiful and beautiful is what we specialize in. No matter what type or size, and working with any wine pairing, we will customize a showpiece that guests will continue to talk about long after it's over. We can work with you on what your needs may be or with a few questions we can create something amazing on your behalf.

Our Charcuterie always includes a number of our own specialty smoked products as the centerpiece and we build the boards around them.

*Our event creations are for 10+ people as we use our own serving equipment. Should you wish a small board created for groups of less than 10 people, we would be happy to do so.

Creations for groups below 10 are made in take a away cake box and do not contain any "boards". Pick up only for creations under 10+ people. Small boxes come in sizes for 2,4-6 and 8-10 people.

**Please book boards for events no less than one week in advance for 10+ people, two weeks for 25+ and smaller pick boxes are ordered with a two day wait time. Should you require a box sooner, you are welcome contact us and see if products are available.
