The next  in our line is our Hickory Smoked Homestyle Bacon. Our bacons are cured using the wet brine method for 7 days. It is then smoked for 5 hours to an internal temperature of of 160°F, sliced and vaccum packed for long term freshness. 

 

As you hear the name, you would automatically expect the flavours of the Bacons to be very prominant but they are intended to simply be a light flavour in the back of your tounge melding with the stonger flavours of the smoke to blend into a delicisous tasting bacon. We are always playing with the receipies to find the perfect balance. We suggest frying or baking our bacon low and slow to prevent over carmelization. 

 

Our bacons come in 1/2 lb medium sliced packages but if you are looking for something bigger, just shoot us an email and we'd be happy to work with you. We also provide commerial amounts and pricing.
